Яри is a traditional island weapon Okinawa. Яри is originally an agricultural tool (similar the embrace from Romania - this being also composed of two segments

but unequal). It is a widely used traditional weapon (called in Vietnamese martial arts long giant and in Chinese martial arts er jie gun –二節棍).
